ITC Service Options

ITC Service List
The following is a list (not exhaustive and likely to grow) of services that an ITC provider can deliver. ITC providers can subscribe to these services or not as they choose.

As part of accreditation, providers will allow open discussion of the extent to which the service they provide is effective.

  1. Outsourced data entry services
  2. Outsourced system development services
  3. Outsourced requirement analysis services
  4. Package selection, configuration and implementation services
  5. Systems integration services
  6. Network management services
  7. Internet software and integration
  8. Information, Advice & Guidance on their specialist subjects

Specialisms
In their own service profile, providers can state any specialisms they have e.g. Accountancy, Cisco, SAP and so forth. Each specialism claimed will then be open to client assessment as to the skill levels possessed and the level of service delivered.

Service Assessment & Evolution
Part of the benefit of open assessment is for providers to better understand client needs and improve their service.

Service Appeals
If clients feel their feedback is not heeded, they can appeal to Membership Rules group managers to mediate. Where agreement cannot be reached, the service offered may be removed from the accreditation process. Should there be too many appeals to group managers, membership may have to be reviewed, and in the worst cases cancelled.
